Services

On site, acs+jei levels, aligns and squares furniture and walls with self-leveling horizontal and vertical rotary lasers. Field Supervisors and technicians use the latest applications technologies to share information, PSR’s and gauge work in progress. Project status is communicated with the customer throughout the project.
We have over 250,000 square feet of storage space for clients’ short and long-term use.
acs+jei assigns a Project Manager to each assignment. From initiation of the work to installation through final punch list, our project management team at acs+jei has mapped logistics in advance. The PM coordinates and communicates with clients and all other vendor teams daily.
acs+jei can be utilized by manufacturers to be a West Coast distribution center. We partner with companies to store, track, deliver and install products.
With hubs in San Jose, Sacramento, Stockton, Portland and Seattle, acs+jei can provide deliveries across California and the Pacific Northwest. Our fleet of varied-sized vehicles handles short and long hauls. Trucks are tracked using GPS so clients can always have real time updates from the acs+jei Operations Coordinator.
acs+jei is experienced with the latest in collaborative work systems and height-adjustable tables. Our management team travels and researches to stay current on new product releases and workplace trends.
We are familiar with many categories within Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE). We work with and manage unique hospitality pieces, high-density filing, wall facings, ceiling clouds, enclosures, and architectural column systems.
At acs+jei we have a number of factory trained Architectural Wall installers that can handle any size job. Architectural Wall is a bold modular wall solution that builds new space and flexes to meet your changing needs.
The combined acs+jei move teams handles all facets of a client’s move: packing, tagging, careful transport, installation, moves, changes, removing all packing materials from site, pulling from or adding to inventory at acs+jei storage facilitates.
Skilled commercial vehicle drivers, who have passed safety and operational training, knowledgeable operate our fleet of numerous trucks and trailers. All our commercial drivers are registered with DOT. Our team follows DOT hours of service protocols and other safety regulations.

Over 150 acs+jei employees staff our five areas of operation: San Jose/Bay Area, Sacramento and Stockton in the Northern California market, along with Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington in the Pacific North West. acs+jei’s commitment to training has resulted in certifications in the industry’s leaders of manufactured furniture and architectural wall systems. acs+jei distribution capabilities include over 250,000 sq ft of warehouse space, 15 delivery vehicles, 4 tractors, and over 60 trailers for drayage services. Specialized equipment is maintained for hospitality FF&E installation, move services, and architectural walls.

As an early adopter of IQ Coordinator, acs+jei collaborated to develop the software that provides our customers consistent estimates and service orders and more efficiency in our strategic business practices. acs+jei offers SnapTracker asset management for customers who need to maintain, track and use inventories regularly. Our lead installers and drivers are equipped with tablets to enable instant communication with our clients and acs+jei offices and warehouses. These technological advances allow us to offer live information from site to client.

A Little History

acs+jei was founded in 2003 by Dave Jarka, an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in the world of corporate furniture in the demanding marketplace of Silicon Valley, California. As the facility management of fast-growing businesses become ever more complicated, Dave saw an opportunity to serve clients with a business solely focused on all aspects of furniture logistics and organization. Starting with only a few employees and trucks, acs+jei has now assembled a skilled, trustworthy team.

The company, with the use of state-of-the-art technology, is a world-class service provider with a reputation for dependability, promptness and open communications in their top-quality installation, transport, warehousing and project management. From craning marble conference tables into upper-story windows, to lowering the walls of 4,000 workstations in a matter of days, acs+jei has years of expertise in a wide range of furniture and facilities assignments for its West Coast, North American and global clients.

Special Features of our Service

acs+jei utilizes our five locations across the west coast and approximately 150 person staff to complete installation projects with in-depth certification in manufacturer brands and product lines, specializing in architectural products.

With over 250,000 sq. ft. of racked, open, secure warehousing space across the west coast full fleet of branded trucks, trailers and a trained operating staff, acs+jei is able to assist in your entire project, whether installation, drayage, or long or short term storage.

To assist with product transport and distribution we have skilled warehouse and transport teams trained in SnapTracker to give up to date inventory information directly from any of our warehouse locations to the client and follow all safety protocols. All vehicles are equipped with GPS monitoring and all drivers are put through rigorous classroom and on the job training as well as DOT certification.

In support of our install, trucking, and warehousing teams, acs+jei has an experienced office staff consisting of general managers, account managers assigned to each project to oversee progress from start to finish, dispatchers and accounting and administration teams in our main office locations.
