MSI has been in the furniture industry for over 36 years and employs over 50 full-time Carpenters. MSI offers a variety of services.

MSI was established in 1984 as a full-service contract furniture installation company. Our installers are trained and certified in several different types of systems furniture as well as floor-to-ceiling walls, mobile shelving, and hotel FF&E.

Our installation foremen have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the furniture industry and offer over 100 years of experience, collectively. Continuing education and day-to-day on-the-job practice allow’s our company to specialize in “fast track” installations.

MSI’s core business is to provide commercial furniture installation and millwork for companies in the Kansas City area as well as across the United States. MSI guarantees all of our services. Our goal is to perform accurate installations while continuing to develop more efficient ways to serve our clients.

MSI supports all the major furniture and wall dealerships across the Kansas City area offering Haworth, Herman Miller, Knoll, Steelcase, Teknion, Allsteel, Hon, Dirtt, Maars, Enclose, Alur, Muraflex, and Trendway among others.

Utilizing the best technology available, MSI provides daily progress reports on job status with pictures and written descriptions. We offer over 25,000 sq. ft of secure storage, product receiving and inspection, furniture cleaning, recovering and refinishing, and custom millwork in our on-site carpenter shop. We perform reconfigurations large to small and day-to-day service work. MSI provides our own fleet of trucks as well as all the necessary tools to meet our clients’ furniture needs. MSI also provides tenant finish requirements.
