Service West is the west coast leader in commercial furniture installation, warehousing and logistics. With four decades of industry experience, we’re known for superior quality, excellent service and great people.

We partner with a range of clients, including corporate offices, furniture dealers, government agencies, educational institutions, and healthcare and hospitality organizations. Our operations include statewide service and more than 420,000 square feet of warehousing space across the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California.

With more than 250 experienced field and service personnel and the largest truck fleet in the industry, we have the size and strength to take on any project. Our clients and partners benefit from agile support and state-of-the-art technology solutions.

Company Story

Service West is a story of family. In 1957, Sean and Nuala Vignoles and their newborn son, Mark, left Ireland for the United States. With a strong belief in the power of hard work and a commitment to lasting client relationships, Sean forged a successful 30-year career in office furniture sales. He would pass on his passion for business, service and family to Mark, who in 1981 forged his own successful business path, launching Service West.

Today, Service West has grown to be the West Coast’s leader in installation, warehousing and logistics. But some things haven’t changed: a focus on treating everyone as family, and a belief that “service is the key to success.”

We have built a reputation as the leader in commercial furniture installation and reconfiguration. From one-person installations to multi-week projects with 30-plus person shifts, we can take on any size job.
Our FF&E team is comprised of seasoned installers and organized project managers equipped to keep the largest projects on-time and on track.
We have extensive experience serving hospitality and healthcare clients. Past projects have ranged from installing approximately 600 new hotel guest rooms to removing and reinstalling furniture and fixtures for patient rooms undergoing renovation.
With ample warehouse space and industry-leading inventory management technology tools, we provide comprehensive solutions for managing product. We focus on optimizing the value of products and minimizing the down time during moves and installations.
Our technology solutions allow clients and partners to access logistics, invoicing, delivery and product information – all with the click of a button.
We utilize PlanGrid project tracking software; AssetWorks ™ and OrderWorks ™ proprietary web-based and software tools for asset management, quotes and planning; and iPads in the field to generate daily lead reports from project sites.
We utilize TermSync software for easier invoicing and simplified payment processing.
