Project Management + Design
We have a team of best practicing Project Managers with extensive experience in furniture installation. They are brought in to each project at bid inception + their involvement is consistent throughout completion and beyond. We are able to provide design services which include generating or updating CAD files to accurately space plan around the existing FF&E items. Three-Dimensional visuals may be provided upon request.
Storage + Asset Management
Our warehouse enables us to receive multiple floors of furniture from manufacturers. We can store everything from entire truckloads of glass wall units to thousands of workstations and chairs using a comprehensive inventory management system, SnapTracker. Our warehousing service stands ready to securely store products and provide reporting until the job site is ready to properly receive them. We have the capability to assemble, load and transport product in a delivery sequence that makes sense for the general contractor and our installers.
Installation + Reconfiguration
We are well-equipped with robust reconfiguration capabilities - we have recognized proven processes in how to plan + systematize + staff + operate installations across the country. From a single office to a large multi-floor system installation, we have the certified staff.
Architectural Wall
Turnkey is recognized in Texas as one of the leaders in the industry, as we have installed many linear miles of multiple brands of architectural wall on large projects. We have a dedicated team of project managers and installers that specialize in architectural wall systems. Due to the investment we have made in training, tools and equipment, it allows for and further enhances our continued success in this highly specialized service offering.

Job Type: Installation
- Estimated 80 semi-loads of product, approximately (200) 24' straight truck deliveries to site over the 6 month+ schedule.
- Handling of over 7,500 furniture pieces.
- Access to site will be around the clock for the duration of the project.
- All trash removed from site and disposed, or recycled.
- Specialty product transferred to site and staged accordingly.
- Deliveries made during normal and overtime business hours.
