McIntyre Group was engaged to support a global technology leader in delivering a multi-site office transformation program spanning more than 20 floors across five Canadian corporate locations. The scope included warehousing and logistics along with installation of architectural wall systems, acoustic treatments, furniture and accessories, and technology hardware placement and testing, complemented by comprehensive project management, high-level reporting, and asset tagging. McIntyre’s role was to ensure a seamless logistics and installation experience, coordinating across multiple sites and stakeholders to deliver consistent execution at scale. This program demonstrated McIntyre’s ability to manage complex, large-scale corporate projects while maintaining speed, accuracy, and accountability nationwide.
